This type is designed for power cables up to 10 kV, as well as control cables and lightning protection lines. It is suitable for installation in indoor and outdoor cable trenches and channels, providing comprehensive fire protection through its fully sealed structure.
This product effectively suppresses flames and keeps the internal channel temperature within a safe range to ensure reliable cable operation.
It features a double-layer cover with rainproof capability. When the temperature reaches a critical level, the cover automatically drops to seal the ventilation openings, cutting off airflow and preventing flame spread.
Widely used in cable tunnels, underground public facilities, and similar environments, this type offers good ventilation under normal conditions.
In the event of fire or excessive cable temperature, the ventilated mesh coated with special refractory material rapidly expands upon exposure to flame, forming a thick carbonized layer that covers the cable. Simultaneously, the protective cover automatically closes, blocking oxygen supply and extinguishing the fire.
Manufactured from inorganic materials reinforced with glass fiber, this fully sealed structure provides superior fire resistance. It effectively prevents cable self-combustion and ignition from external fire sources.
Thanks to its inorganic composition, this channel box is especially suitable for environments with severe acid and alkali corrosion.
