Aluminium: Lightweight yet strong aluminium cable trays are ideal for installations where weight is a concern, such as in some overhead or mobile applications. Aluminum also has good corrosion resistance in certain environments.

Stainless Steel: Offering excellent corrosion resistance, especially in harsh or corrosive environments like chemical plants, food processing facilities, and coastal areas. Stainless steel cable trays can withstand exposure to moisture, chemicals, and high-humidity conditions without significant degradation.

FRP (Fiber – Reinforced Plastic): FRP cable trays are non-metallic, lightweight, and highly resistant to corrosion. They are often used in areas where electrical insulation and chemical resistance are crucial, such as in electrical substations or areas with potential chemical spills.

2. Acabado superficial

We provide multiple surface finish options to enhance the performance and appearance of the cable trays:

Pre – Galvanized: This finish involves applying a layer of zinc to the steel surface before fabrication. It provides an initial level of corrosion protection, making the cable tray suitable for indoor and less corrosive environments.

Hot – dip Galvanized: A more robust corrosion-protection method where the fabricated cable tray is immersed in a bath of molten zinc. The resulting thick zinc coating offers long-term protection against rust and corrosion, making it suitable for harsh outdoor and industrial environments.

Powder Coated: Powder coating provides a smooth, durable, and aesthetically pleasing finish. It comes in a wide range of colours and can enhance corrosion resistance while also offering good abrasion resistance. It is often used in indoor applications where appearance is important, such as in commercial buildings or data centres.

Enamel Paint: Enamel paint provides a hard, glossy finish that offers some corrosion protection and a clean look. It can be customized to match specific colour requirements and is suitable for applications where a decorative element is desired along with basic protection.

3. Color

Default: We offer a standard set of colours that are commonly used in the industry. These default colours are carefully selected to blend well with various industrial and building environments.

Customized: To meet the specific aesthetic or branding needs of our customers, we can customize the colour of the cable tray according to their requirements. Whether it’s a unique corporate colour or a specific colour for a particular project, we can match the colour to ensure seamless integration.

4. Dimensions

Thickness (mm): Our cable trays are available in thicknesses ranging from 0.6 – 2.0 mm. The choice of thickness depends on the load-bearing requirements of the application. Thicker trays are suitable for carrying heavier cable loads, while thinner trays can be used for lighter-duty applications.

Length (mm): We offer standard lengths of 6000 mm, 3000 mm, and 2000 mm. These lengths are designed to be easily transported and installed. Additionally, we can customize the length according to the customer’s project-specific needs. This allows for seamless integration into different building layouts and cable-routing designs.

Width (mm): The width of our cable trays can range from 25 – 600 mm. Similar to the length, we also offer customized width options. The width selection is based on the number and size of the cables that need to be accommodated. Wider trays are used for applications with a large number of cables or larger-diameter cables.
